REFUND POLICY

At Krystheal, we pride ourselves on offering hand-picked, unique, and high-quality crystals to our customers. However, as these are natural creations, they may have minor imperfections that do not affect their metaphysical properties.

Therefore, we encourage our customers to read the crystal descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or questions about the crystal's appearance, please don't hesitate to contact us at contactkrystheal@gmail.com or through our Instagram page. We are always happy to assist in any way possible.

Please note that all items sold by Krystheal are final sale. No exchanges or returns are allowed, except in the scenarios mentioned below.

Refund is only allowed if the crystal is received in a very damaged or broken condition. In such cases, the claim for refund should be raised within 24 hours from the time of delivery. To process the refund, a video showing the unopened package from all sides, followed by the unboxing process, the damaged or broken product and the wrong product received (if applicable) should be shared with us at contactkrystheal@gmail.com. The video should be uninterrupted and without a cut, and should show all the counts of the products.

If a parcel returns to us as a failed delivery due to unavailability of the customer, denial of the customer to accept, etc, then customer would be responsible for bearing the charges to re-ship the parcel. In such cases, no refund shall be issued if the customer denies paying the shipping charges and refuses to accept the parcel.
